I have been fixing appliances in Tampa since before I started this company. Spent years doing it for one of the big national chains first, and honestly, that is where I learned what I did not want to be.

Treating a repair like a transaction instead of someone’s kitchen, laundry room of someone, Tuesday of someone that just got a lot more complicated. Techs rushing through calls to hit a quota. Upselling people on repairs they did not actually need because it looked good on a scorecard somewhere.
We are not a franchise, and we are not a call center dispatching whoever happens to be closest that day. Every tech on this team lives in Tampa Bay. We have spent years figuring out exactly what this climate does to appliances the way humidity chews through refrigerator door seals faster than it would somewhere drier, the specific drainage issues that show up in older Ybor City homes, why dryers out in Wesley Chapel seem to run forever without actually drying anything. That is not stuff you learn from a training manual. That is stuff you learn from being here, doing this, for years.

We are sitting at 4.9 stars across over 850 reviews right now, and if you want to know what we are actually like to work with, do not take our word for it go read them. We would rather you hear it from a neighbour than from our own homepage.
Every technician we send out is licensed, insured, & background checked, full stop, no exceptions made for a busy week. Every repair comes with a 90 day warranty on parts and labour, in writing, no fine print designed to get us out of it later. And if the honest answer is “this is not worth fixing,” we will tell you that too, even though it means we do not get paid that day. We have turned down more replaceable part repairs than I can count because the appliance just was not worth saving & every one of those customers called us back the next time something actually was fixable.

I grew up in this city. So when I finally went out on my own in 2018, the bar I set was simple: would I recommend this repair to my own mother? If not, I do not recommend it to you either. We are still a small, local operation. Not trying to be the biggest name in Tampa Bay appliance repair. Just trying to be the one your neighbour already called, and the one you call next time, too.
